By way of one blog to another to another, I found these. 210 square feet. I mean, wtf, that is soooo tiny. Isn't that a little ridiculous? A little? Except look at these plans!
And it's such a perfectly sized space, from the looks of it! Just exactly what you need. I mean, a dinner layout? Overnight guest layout? This is seriously genius. Perhaps it's my line of work, but all I can think is that prison cells are between 80 and 100 square feet. And all they have is what, bunk beds + a sink maybe? And this is merely double that size -- again, this guy is genius.
